    The front door will be set to the last 4 digits of your phone. You can push past the front gate which is unlocked to go to the front door for the keyless entry.

  • We have a dedicated tablet that controls both the pool and the hot tub. To access the tablet please insert the following code: 848484.

    On the tablet you will find the pentair ScreenLogic app. To heat the hot tub, you need to activate the spa setting, make sure the heater button is blue by selecting it and make sure the spa button at the top is blue as well.

    Please note pool and hot tub cannot be used simultaneously.

  • There’s a tablet in the home that controls both hot tub and pool heating. The tablet code is 848484.

    On the tablet you will find the pentair ScreenLogic app. Once you logged in you will be able to remote control the heating schedule. Once the blue pool button is activated, the pool will heat up.

    Please note you can only heat up pool or hot tub once at a time, so kindly ensure to switch the button back to the other amenity. The default pool setting is “heat pump” whilst the hot tub is set on “heater”.

    Throughout your stay, please put the pool cover back on the pool when not in use, to help keep it warm overnight.

  • To remove the pool/hot tub cover pull the cover off to the east side of the pool. Alternatively you can roll it up. If the cover is crumbled up or tossed to the side, this can damage the pool cover. Any damaged or stained items will be replaced at the guests expense.

    Please ensure, to put the pool cover back on the pool when not in use to help keep it warm overnight.

  • Landscape lights should automatically switch on at the scheduled time.

    In case the lights do not switch on, please check the switch over by the covered patio. 

  • You will find the light switch for the putting green on backside of the covered patio.

    The light switch for the basketball court is on the light pole on the court. 

  • The Accidental Damage Protection provides guests with coverage for accidental damage that could occur to the rental property or any items at the property during their stay. Our damage protection coverage is backed by a policy placed at Lloyd's of London. In the case of accidental damage surmounting the value of a damage deposit, with more money owed at the end of a stay (on top of the damage deposit), this Accidental Damage Protection can help cover you up to $7,500. Certain exclusions apply.

    There are two policy options available to be purchased; $20/night for up to $5,000 in extra protection, and $25/night for up to $7,500 in extra protection.

  • Please ensure you dispose all garbage from the house on Wednesday, as garbage collection takes place on Thursday.

  • We sincerely appreciate that all guests adhere to and review our Rental Rules & Guest Code of Conduct, which has already been agreed to and confirmed at the time of booking through the booking platform.

    We have a STRICT ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for any violations of our Rental Rules and Guest Code of Conduct. Any violations can result in denied entry to or the immediate expulsion of the home and community by local security and/or authorities — without refund.
